Is it necessary to complete B.Ed for teaching career? What other things are required?

Manisha yes it is now a days compulsory to have Bed. every school and college demand Bed. You can do diploma in education also. This will give you opportunity to teach upto 8th standard if you have graduation. If you are PG and have Bed you can teach 11 n 12th or even colleges.
