Is it necessary to cook non-veg in hotel management courses? If not then can you suggest any of the colleges offering veg degree course ?

Hi Saurabh, Agreed that maximum hotels offer a range of both vegetarian & non vegetarian dishes as all cuisine have varieties in both.However the best part of this industry is that there are many opportunities that allow you to work as per your comfort zone. Keeping in mind the kitchen, there are many chefs hence you may opt for the bakery & confectionery, salads or even garnish sections as these do not involve non veg.Otherwise in case you are willing to cook non veg food,it is not so necessary for vegetarian students to taste what they have made.
