is it necessary to cook ,taste,cut non veg menu if i opt for food production in my 3year bsc in hospitality and hotel management

Its based upon your specialisation as if you choose nonveg for specialisation than you have to do all things. my friend choose bakery for specialisation and he dont need to cut or prepare nonveg, he just prepared veg dishes.

its may be nussery or it depends upon ur branch
