    No, it is not necessary to do B.Tech. You can pursue any computer science degree to become a system analyst.
    Usually what we see is, the role of system analyst is overlapped with the business analyst. Also, a system analyst can be involved in the designing system or test the system as well.
    You will initially have to understand the scope of the system analyst. The foremost thing needed to become a system analyst is to be passionate about understanding the system and technology.

    Hi,
    To become a system analyst, you need to know the ecosystem of servers, architectures and how different layers are interconnected. A role of system analyst to manage, monitor system and related services furthermore improvement areas and these days scalability and elasticity is a big topic followed by automation.
    As a fresher level it's little difficult to understand everything in first place then B.Tech would help you to make understand but it's true if you take professional course on IT or have 4-5 years' experience in IT Infra then you can take a chance.

    It is not necessary to do B.Tech to become a system analyst but it is always recommended to do B.Tech in computer science or in information technology course.
