Is it necessary to do M.Phil before Ph.D?

I have done M.Sc physics + B.Ed and have 3 months of experience in teaching.

Hi Jyoti No, it is not necessary to do M.Phil before Ph.D. You just need to clear entrance exam such as UGC NET exam for the same. Good luck.
