Is it necessary to do masters after engineering or BE-IT is all for good package?

Im in SYBscIT but as i heard bscIT dont get good payment i decided to go in engg n i got admission in BE-EXTC(not yet did payment)I wanna know whether company choose BE-IT(or electronic n telecommunication)or prefer MCA, n what is their payment they earn.Can BE-extc earn same as BE-IT in IT company?

BE in IT may fetch a fat package through campus placement with multinationals and the like. To better your prospects and with the intention of widening your possibilities and horizons to the academic sector and research establishments as well an M Tech would be advisable.
