Yes, students who have done Masters from correspondence, are eligible for the UGC NET exam. It's not necessary to do regular post graduation course. Dear Nadeem, Students from regular or correspondence mode can apply for NET exam even for Ph.D programme. UGC mentioned as eligibility - Master degree from relevant stream with recognised university. So don't worry and do well in exam. All the best.
