Hi! It is not necessary even if anybody ask you to eat, it's your choice to eat the meat or not but you must know how to cook. And you can ask someone else to check whether you cooked properly or not. -
No it isn't necessary for you to eat the meat you cook in hotel management but if you have cooked something so in order to verify that it is cooked properly or not, so that is necessary. But if you are a vegetarian then you should go for the vegetarian hotel management courses passed by the government in few colleges of IHM.
