Is it necessary to fill a special form for PGP-ABM and PGP-some at IIM Lucknow? Where to access it from?
I would request you to let me know if a special form has to be filled to be considered for the What PI round for the PGP ABM and PGP some programmes in IIML. If so could you please guide me on where to access the form from and if such a form has to be filled for IIMA too.

There is no any special form for PGP-ABM and PGP. I think you have wrong information, please check once again.
