Is it necessary to fill an extra form for NMIMS?
I submitted the application form of NMAT, and now I got an email from NMIMS. They asked me to fill one more form.

If you are asking if there is a separate exam for NMIMS, then the answer is NMAT. You can get into Narsee Monjee MBA programme through this exam. You can take 3 shots at it in the given time frame of exam window.
