No, it's not necessary to give different exams for different colleges. It may differ in what University. All the university of India accepts different entrance exam. As you can see RIIM college of Pune comes under Pune University. Pune University accepts CAT, CMAT and CET entrance exams for MBA. Yo

Before doing MBA from any university you need to give any entrance exam like:- CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, MHCET, ATMA or college have there own entrance exam also like SYMBIOSIS is having there OWN entrance name SNAP. If you want to take admission in MBA then you need to give any entrance whether it CAT, MAT or MHCET. If you want to take admission in RIIM then you need to crack its interview which is taken by their faculty who have about 10-15 years of experience.

No, not like that. You have to give entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT to get admission in MBA. Then you have to clear the interview of that college. For RIIM you just need to appear in one of those entrance exams. After that, you are eligible to get admission in RIIM.

There are some colleges which have their own exams. But common exam for MBA are CMAT, CAT etc. It means you are now eligible for doing MBA if you have given this exam. Just you have to clear your interview round of that particular college and that is very easy.
