It's not necessary to go with parents for COMEDK counselling. You just have to take the sign of your parents at a few places on the form. You can take it from home as well.

It is not necessary to go with parents in COMEDK counselling but you may require their signature in some documents that you can take in home also. For birth proof, you can show class 10th certificate or birth date certificate.

No, if any documents parent signature is required then you have to take it on that documents. Not on paper. Otherwise there is no use of parent in counselling.
