Yes, from this academic year it has become mandatory to have 75% in 12th for JEE Mains.

It depends on what college you are applying to. It varies from University to University.

No, it is not mandatory to have 75% in class 12th for JEE Mains. As per the official brochure released by the NTA there is no minimum percentage required for appearing in the JEE Main.
