Is it necessary to have a degree in literature to become a journalist? will a PG Diploma suffice?
I am considering discontinuing my b.Tech course to pursue a career in arts. I am trying for a career in journalism and eventually join a NGO. Will it be worth it to do B.A english and then M.A. in environmental or should i do B.A. in social sciences M.A. in environmental and a diploma in Journalism.

Hi,
Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication is the most preferable. A degree in English can be helpful but not necessary.
