Only bonafide residents of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply for this exam for UG and PG admissions (except MCA). It is necessary for applicants seeking admission in Govind Ballabh Pant University to appear for this exam to secure admission in one of the many courses available at this university. Go

It means I can't apply to that college, since I have of domicile of Uttar Pradesh, and I've completed my schooling in Arunachal Pradesh.
