Is it necessary to have a generelised HR experience to do SAP HR certification? i have 2 year IT recruitnebt experience can i do this?

I am Priyanka have been working as an executive -resourcing for last 2 year.
would SAP Certification in HR be benificial for me to switch my career in SAP HR field?

Hi Priyanka,
As rightly said by others, this is not a necessity but infact a preference. You can definitely go for the SAP HR module from a reputed institutions/education partner like NIIT, Delphi, Siemens, Genovate etc.

Its absolutely not necessary but you should know the basic HR functions so that easy for you to learn SAP from HR point of view.

No, it is not really a requirment. Basically, the knowledge you have gained as an IT recuiter will be of help. GO ahead ANd do the certification, your skills and knw\owledge matters the most for a good job :)
