Is it necessary to have a generelised HR experience to do SAP HR certification? i have 2 year IT recruitnebt experience can i do this?

Its absolutely not necessary but you should know the basic HR functions so that easy for you to learn SAP from HR point of view.

No, it is not really a requirment. Basically, the knowledge you have gained as an IT recuiter will be of help. GO ahead ANd do the certification, your skills and knw\owledge matters the most for a good job :) ALL da best
