    Well not all but few such as Outdoor Assistant (Non-Civil Service Vacancy) can ask for a driving license.
    It varies from exam to exam. Visit www.upsc.gov.in and www.mpsc.gov.in for relevant details.
    It is also advisable to speak to the officials directly for right guidance.
