Is it necessary to have at least 60% marks in 12th to apply for integrated M.Sc + PhD course in physics? My 12th score is 51% marks.

Depending on the institution or institute delivering the programme, different individuals may be eligible for the M.Sc. + Ph.D. integrated course in Physics. However, generally speaking, most institutions have a minimum requirement of 5560% marks in a related field's equivalent of a Bachelor's degree. The minimal percentage requirement for the 12th grade depends on the admissions requirements of the particular institute.
