If you want to go for M.Sc in microbiology, you need to have a bachelor's degree in any scientific discipline. But it's not necessary to have a particular degree. Eligibility for MSc in microbiology - Candidates must passed Bsc degree in any stream of science such as zoology, botany, chemistry, microbiology with at least 55 percent marks from a recognized University. Hope it helps.
