Is it necessary to have experience to get admission for B.Tech through lateral entry?
I have done class 12th and Diploma in mechanical engineering with 52%. I have 5 months of industrial training and 3 months of technical training from AICTE approved polytechnic.

There is no experience criteria for admission as Lateral entry B.Tech student. You can seek lateral entry admission in final year of Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc.
