Is it necessary to have graduation for IATA in Air-cargo and dangerous goods? Will HSC be enough?

Yes, graduation is the minimum requirement for Air Cargo and dangerous Goods handling in IATA. Also you need to have the license for Cargo and dangerous Goods handling by ICAO or IATA then only you can get a job in IATA.

Graduation is required. Without graduation you will not be able to pursue the course.
