Is it necessary to have maths in 11th and 12th in order to prepare for JAM biotechnology exam? I have done my B.Sc in biotechnology.

Yes, it is. For you my friend, it is a tough situation. According to the eligibility criteria for the IIT JAM exam, it is mandatory for the candidate to have mathematics in the 12th class. No matter if you have completed your graduation from biotechnology or not.
It's really tragic that even if you have completed the B.Sc in biotechnology, even then also, you are not eligible for the exam. -
