No, it is not necessary to have experience in the field of medicine to study pharmacology. Pharmacology is the scientific study of drugs and the effect they have on the body. You could either have previous experience in the field or not. You would also have to have a Bachelor's degree in the science

Well it is not necessary because as you started study pharmacology you have remember medicine classification according to your syllabus so before study pharmacology not necessary to know about medicine, in pharmacology all the medicine according to the diseases and disorder are mentioned.
