Is it necessary to have some work experience in order to pursue MS from USA?

Not at all, it's for MBA. However, prior work experiences depicts reflection of a bright candidate.

No, it's not necessary, but generally they ask for GRE score card with good academic records. If you have some publication and work experience, it will be an advantage over other fresh competitors.
