Is it necessary to have work experience for getting admission in IIM A-B-C? My profile: 10th - 90%, 12th - 80% and BBA - 60%.

No, it is not. Every year, there are around 20% Freshers in a batch of IIM, Bangalore. And, many of them quite well from landing a good job to acing courses, it just becomes a function of your effort here.
