No, it's not necessary to have any work experience to take admission in ISM MBA course.

No, it is not necessary that you have any prior work experience to get admission in IIT-ISM Dhanbad. The only requirements for the admission are your qualifying CAT score, aptitude and skills to get through the selection process. Although, having work experience will give you an edge over others. Well, even if you don't have a work experience, you can still outshine with your talent.
