Is it necessary to have work experience to get into top B-schools?

No, it is not necessary that you have work experience if you need admission in good MBA colleges through their mode of admission which is through exams like CAT, MAT etc. However, if you want to do MBA through
distance education mode then you need at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

But, in some colleges such as University Of Florida, they have mentioned that 2 year of experience is required in order to full fill their eligibility criteria in spite of 670 GMAT score?
