No, it is not mandatory, however, you must study at least 10 hours daily. Otherwise, you can join a coaching class. -
No, it is not necessary to take admission in any institute for crack net.
But, you must know full syllabus of net and do study daily about 8 hour. Then, you can qualify that exam.
