Sarash, there is no such criteria. For MBA, a candidate is to be graduate. Percentage may vary from university to university.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to

No. There is no such criteria. A graduate from any stream can pursue MBA. However, commerce helps if you wish to take finance as your major. But there is no rule that makes it mandatory.
