Is it necessary to opt for maths in HSC in order to pursue MBA?
I opted for commerce stream in class 12th.

No, it is not necessary to opt for maths in HSC to pursue MBA afterwards.

Knowledge of maths will help you in MBA, but no, it is not necessary to opt for maths in HSC to pursue MBA later.

Mathematics is not required in 12th for the same. But, for some universities management and engineering graduates are only eligible.

MBA is open for all type of graduates with or without Maths at 10+2 stage. Most of MBA entrance exam has section of numerical ability to test candidates ability on numerical and data interpretation skills, which requires excellent understanding of basic concepts of Maths.
