Is it necessary to pay 10000 advance fee in REAP-Rajasthan counselling for further procedure to get admission in B.Arch colleges?

Yes, this is the counseling fees for giving you seat in the college and if you can't get admission or don't get the college according to your wish, then you get your money back.

No, it's not like that. If you are allotted any college then you have to pay for it otherwise it will be given to some other one.
