Is it necessary to prepare for intermediate 1st-year Physics and Chemistry for VITEEE?

In the last 10-year test papers I haven't seen at least one question from the 1st-year portion of these 2 subjects. Just saw a few questions.

Hello Abhiram, Only a few chapters will be from your 1st year intermediate while most of the chapters are from the second year only. You may refer the link below for the list of the complete syllabus for VITEEE 2018: https://www.shiksha.com/university/vit-university-vellore/exams/viteee/syllabus.

The questions will not be available as they don't release it officially. You may prefer some model papers for practice.
