Is it necessary to pursue B.Com before doing MBA in media and entertainment?

You can do graduation in any stream. Doing only B.Com is not essential for MBA courses. However, incase you want to make a career in the Accounting, Finance or Banking field then it would be better for your career to do B.com before MBA.

Hi, Palak, It's not really necessary that you should go for b com if you are going for MBA in media and communication. There are people who are doing MBA after completing Engg., BHM and pharmacy even MBBS. You can do better course in media and communication if you like or even journalism. Best of lu

Not necessary that yo have to do B.com. For MBA you need to have Undergraduate degree in any stream.

It depends on the institute which is offering you that course and their guideliness
