Is it necessary to pursue MCA or MBA after completing BCA to get a good job?

    I think you should look for some IT global certifications and you need to do skills enhancement. skills can give you a better package than the no. of more degree only.
    most of time companies has fix range of salary for bachelor or master degree. if you are planning to go for r&d or professor kind of job than get some more master and doctoral degree.

    yes because BCA it is a bachelor's degree and seeing the advancement day by day in field ,for better package and job u must do MCA.
