Is it necessary to pursue mtech after doing btech ,can't i opt for a MBA in HR,im too confused ,im not interested in mtech

Hi, Yes you may surely pursue MBA in HR after completing your B.tech, please remember after completing B.Tech you have 2 options: 1.To opt for a job. 2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc) However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech
