    No, there is no need to get 75% marks in 12th to get admission in the Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan) course at the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi.

    The B.Plan eligibility criteria at SPA Delhi demand that you should have:

    • Passed Class 12 (or equivalent) from a recognized board
    • Obtained at least 50% aggregate marks
    • Completed Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12
