Is it necessary to speak English fluently in GD/PI for MBA?
I have scored 9.8 CGPA in 10th and 92% in 12th. I can speak English but feel shy of speaking with others.

Yes, fluent English during GD/PI will help you to get the attention. Moderator do look for fluent English speaking skills. Even if you are not having fluent English than put facts and data to defend your points.
