Is it necessary to stay in the hostel to pursue MBA in IB from this college as the classes can be late or can I commute from Dwarka, Delhi?

It is not necessary to stay in Hostel. You can commute daily as per your comfort. If it is easy to manage time for you and you can get time for self study and project work then you can commute otherwise hostel would be better.
