Is it necessary to study B.Sc Aviation simultaneously while doing PPL or CPL course?

No that's not at all related to each other. A.M.E. And Pilot License Training are altogether different from each other. An A.M.E. And a Pilot both cater for different duties in the operations of an Airline / Aircraft.
