Hi,
* No, Maths is not a compulsory subject for MBBS. To take admission :
- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- You need to sit for entrance exam such as AIIMS Entrance Exam, NEET, MPPMT, HP Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test etc.

No, not at all, studying Maths is NOT required at any time after Xth for doing MBBS course later. For MBBS course you need to appear in the PMT exam and/or individual college exams (like that of Manipal, SRMC etc) and get into the merit. For being eligible to write the competitive exam you need at least 50% marks in your XII th with PCB subjects.

No, Maths subject is not mandatory for pursuing MBBS.
Eligibility criteria for admission in MBBS course in India is strictly based on Rules and Regulations of Medical Council of India (MCI).
The candidate willing to take admission in mbbs course in India must have passed the Class XIIth examination with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) 50% for general Category & 40% for Backward Category.
Age: The candidates should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
