Is it necessary to study medical science with maths? I am not good in maths...

You do not require a deep understanding of maths if you want to be a physician or surgeon and treat patients. However, if your dream is to be a medical researcher and to participate in development of new drugs or surgical techniques and devices then good maths skills certainly come in handy.

Well It's not compulsory to have Mathematics in XII. But If you are having, thats well and good.
Mathematics is of no use in Medical entrance examination. But its necessary to pass XII.
So, don't worry. Concentrate on PCB.
