TANCET score is acceptable. There is separate entrance exam for SKCET based on which you will be qualified for the MBA program. Once selected first semester fees has to be paid.

Yes there is an entrance exam for MBA.During the admission process you can enroll yourself and take up the exam.If you get qualified seat will be allotted.(TANCET exam score is also applicable)
