In order to join marine engineering you are advised to appear for Joint Admission Test conducted by Indian Maritimes University, Chennai.

Hi,
JEE exam is not compulsory but it also one of the exams that you need to appear for if you want to pursue marine engineering.
Then you also need to appear for:
MERI:
Marine Engineering and Research Institute entrance exam
JEE:
Joint Entrance Examination
IMU CET:
Indian Maritime University C
