is it ok to do CS course after MBA finance.i have 3 yrs work exp.how much salary can i expect after doing CS.currently i am earning 40000 rs

i have done regular full time mba in finance .curretly i am working in IT company as a business analyst .i want to do company secretary course.is it worth to do at the age of 30?i am currently earning 40k /mnth.how much salarycan i expect after completing company secretary course?please suggest.
