Hi,
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
1. You will gain relevant work experience.
2. After working you will know which course to pursue than can further enhance your caree

If you have not been placed, then yes go for MBA but if you have a job, gather at least 3 years work experience, your MBA degree will be more useful.
