It is true that doing an MBA(IT) will most probably land you a job in the IT industry but the nature of your job after an MBA, even in the IT industry, will be quite different from what it is currently now. But if u are sure that you dont want to change your stream, then you should opt for MBA-IT

Sir you completed your B.tech in IT then you should pursue MBA IT is good option for u along with you doing a good job.

Yes you can. Once you complete your MBA you can start your own consulting firm having IT companies as your clients.
The biggest challenge IT companies face is they do not get desired and talented candidates. I think you can fill this gap between Companies and It professionals.
