Is it ok to join in an B School which doesnt figure in top 100 B schools in india ? would it harm my future , if it all i opt to join ?

Athul, you should not focus on ranking of an institute, or what people tell you the ranking is. Do the research. Make sure that the program you are pursuing is AICTE approved. Check the college tract record regarding placements as well.
