Is it ok to start ias preparation now..I know the exam(pre) is in may and mains is after an year...I have been giving other competitive exam
I have never prepared for civil services but have appeared and cleared in many bank POs myself

A full focused 5-month rigorous study is enough for prelims. so just start now :) All d best
