Is it okay to drop a year for CAT 2018? My profile: 10th-9.6 SGPA, 12th-92.2% and graduation-7.55 SPGA.
I will be completing my graduation in May 2018. I haven't done any internship during my graduation but will take up a job after completing my graduation. The time gap between completion of graduation and CAT exam will be of 5 months.

Yes, it is definitely okay to drop a year for CAT preparations but if you work hard for it, not just for fun because CAT is not an exam which can be qualified easily. This exam is conducted to check the capability and Eligibility of a student who want to study in IIM and B business colleges. So, if you can consume work time, you can do it but if you cannot qualify that a drop will not be good for you.
Good luck.
Thank you.
